Phalsa

- Real phalsa berry
- Sweet & tangy
- Extra cooling
Ready to drink · 250 ml · Six SKUs · Made with real fruit

Three fruits, two ranges, six 250 ml SKUs. No artificial flavours, no artificial colours — and where there is no added refined sugar, we say so right on the front of the label.
The one nobody bottles. Sweet, tangy and properly cooling in the summer heat. Phalsa is only in season for a few weeks a year — now you can drink it whenever you like.
Range 01Sweetened with honey and nothing else. No refined sugar is added at any stage.

Made with thick Alphonso pulp, so it tastes the way a ripe mango actually tastes — sweet, rich and full of real fruit.

Pineapple and coconut together — creamy, tangy and very refreshing. The tropical flavour everyone knows, ready to drink straight from the bottle.
Range 01No added refined sugar. All of the sweetness comes from the pineapple and the coconut themselves.

Keeping an ingredient list short is harder than letting it grow. Each of the three things below would have made the drink cheaper, brighter or sweeter, and we left all of them out.
Phalsa is sweetened with honey. No refined sugar is added — the sweetness comes from the honey and the fruit itself.
In our Range 01 bottles. Phalsa is sweetened with honey, and Pinacolada gets all of its sweetness from the fruit. If you prefer it sweeter, Range 02 has added sugar — and we print that clearly on the front.
In every bottle, in both ranges. If it tastes like mango, that is because there is real mango in it. Nothing is recreated in a lab.
In every bottle, in both ranges. The colour you see is the fruit itself, which is why it can vary a little from batch to batch depending on the harvest.
Six 250 ml SKUs — the same three fruits, each in two ranges. Serve them well chilled; that is when they taste best.
The sweetness comes from the fruit itself — and from honey in the Phalsa. No refined sugar is added at any stage.

The sweeter version, for anyone who prefers it that way. Same fruit, same simple ingredient list — and the added sugar is printed on the front of the label, not hidden on the back.

Walk down any drinks aisle and you will find the same few fruits, the same amount of sugar, and colours you would never see on real fruit. Meanwhile the drinks people actually grew up with — phalsa from a clay jug, mango pulp mixed with cold milk — never made it onto a shelf.
Woah! is our answer to that. Find fruit worth bottling, leave out everything that is not fruit, and make it easy to pick up wherever you are.
